Privacy Policy
How Kyra collects, uses, and shares information on kyrasms.com. This page covers our own website. It does not describe how our customers use Kyra to message their shoppers. For that, see the privacy policy of the store you shopped with.
1. Who we are
Kyra Inc. ("Kyra", "we") operates kyrasms.com and provides revenue recovery infrastructure for e-commerce. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
2. Information you give us
When you submit the demo form on this site we collect your name, work email, and phone number, along with the date and time of submission, your IP address, your browser user agent, and a record of the consent language shown to you at the time. We keep that consent record so we can demonstrate that any message we send you was authorised.
We use this to contact you about a demo, to answer your enquiry, and, where you have ticked the SMS consent box, to send you calls and text messages, including AI-assisted messages.
3. SMS consent
We only call or text the number you give us if you tick the consent box on the form. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email [email protected] to be removed. We honour opt-outs promptly and keep a suppression record so you are not re-contacted.
4. Anonymous visitor identification
This site uses a third-party identity resolution pixel. When you visit, the pixel places and reads cookies and similar identifiers, and shares signals such as your IP address, user agent, and page activity with the provider. The provider matches those signals against its own identity database and may return contact details, such as a name or email address, for visitors who have not filled in a form.
We use this to understand who is evaluating Kyra and to follow up on genuine commercial interest. Under some U.S. state privacy laws this activity may be classified as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or as targeted advertising.
To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", or use a browser that transmits a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honour. Blocking third-party scripts or cookies in your browser also prevents this pixel from loading; the site works normally without it.
We do not use pixel-sourced phone numbers to send marketing SMS. Text messages go only to numbers submitted through our form with express written consent.
5. Scheduling
Meeting booking is handled by a third-party scheduling provider, acting as our processor. When you pick a slot, the name, email, and timezone you provide are sent to that provider to create the booking and issue calendar invitations.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry and consent records are retained for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a further four years afterwards, so that we can evidence consent if a message is ever queried. Opt-out and suppression records are kept indefinitely, because deleting them would risk contacting you again.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a refused request. Exercise any of these by emailing [email protected]. We will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Depending on your location, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes affecting how we contact you will be notified directly.
